Smart Mobility:

Work with public transit and transportation agencies to model, analyze and improve the procedures. Projects in this area include transit operations, microtransit scheduling, autonomous cars and sensor connected interstate networks.

 

Smart Disaster Response:

Work with transportation and emergency response agencies in the community to understand the response bottlenecks and develop semi-automated procedures to improve the efficiency of operations across the area.

 

Education and Digital Inclusion:

Work with local schools and community partners to improve education access and design new methods to improve STEM education.

 

Policy and Fairness :

Work with local community to understand and model the impact of conflicting key performance indicators and policies. The focus is to ensure fairness, especially in the semi-automated decision procedures.

 

Smart Environment:

Work with community to improve the energy efficiency of operations. Projects include focus on electrification of fleets and improved operations of buildings across the community.
