VUSEgear, an online store for Vanderbilt University School of Engineering (VUSE) merchandise, launches today with a grand opening discount of 20 percent savings on all items through Nov. 1.
The effort to offer an online store began months ago and is a response to alumni requests for more engineering merchandise because the Vanderbilt bookstore, Barnes & Noble at Vanderbilt, is unable to carry a number of school items due to space constraints.
VUSEgear offers men’s and women’s apparel, hats, bags and totes. More items will be added as indicated by customer demand.
VUSEgear is operated by the university’s licensed vendor Promoversity. VUSEgear joins OwenGear as the only two online stores currently offering school merchandise.
Promoversity is a partner with the Vanderbilt Bookstore, which offers a website to custom order university and school products and apparel.
