Please declare the program in which you plan to major. Your faculty adviser will be assigned according to your intended major. This form is intended only for Class of 2028 students to declare a primary major. After August 21st a second major or minor or minor can be declared (please email engineering-oas@vanderbilt.edu after Fall semester begins for more information).
