Research Focus

Ebrish’s research focuses on developing multiple techniques to fabricate and evaluate biological and chemical sensors that can be integrated with efficient power devices on foundry compatible chiplets, small integrated circuits with specialized functionality that make up larger integrated circuits.

Ebrish is a Fulbright Scholar, a member of the Materials Research Society (MRS) and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). She earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tripoli, Libya, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota. Previously, she was as an Advisory Research Scientist at IBM, where she worked on semiconductor technologies and non-volatile memory.
